This training is a nine-hour program to instruct, demonstrate, and prepare participants to become a safe forklift operator. OMITT Trade School offers rewarding and well sought-after job opportunities for warehouses, construction sites, and even big box stores who seek certified forklift operators.

ELECTRICAL
This specialty course is available to any individual seeking to increase their knowledge and skills, as well as increase the potential for employment placement in the electrical trade industry as a certified electrician.

FACILITY REPAIR
Our 20-week program provides students the opportunity to become a certified maintenance employee well-rounded with specific skills on construction and maintenance: plumbing, carpentry, painting, roofing, interior/exterior doors, and certain machines or equipment repair.

GREEN AWARENESS
Our Green Awareness program is a unique answer to the growing need of organizations which desire their employees to be environmentally and safety-wise certified. The entire program focuses on environment challenges and construction activities that may improve the LED Rating Process. The Green Awareness course tackles the basic understanding of Green concepts and structures, as well as specific terminologies and the modern Green Mechanical Technology.

PAINTING
Beginners have the opportunity to learn to paint professionally with their first class in this quick-paced program. Students are given an overview of all the pre-technical skills needed including safety working conditions with the chemicals used and the application of skill for both hand and power tools.

SOLAR PHOTVOLTAIC INSTALLATION
Our Solar Photvoltaic Installation training course prepares and teaches students about comprehensive solar photovoltaic installation methods and technologies. The course goal is to provide entry-level qualification for electrical helpers in both domestic and commercial sectors. The 20-week course prepares students for the growing energy field.

WELDING
One of the most sought-after trade skills in the industry is Welding. Our Welding training program helps students gain a wide scope of knowledge on the welding theory and applications that will qualify them for entry-level career opportunities in the field of welding and fabrication.

HVAC
The 26-week HVAC program is an in-depth training course that covers Mechanical Maintenance techniques, Basic Electrical Theory used with HVAC, Introduction to HVAC Formulas, HVAC Concepts, Safety Tools, Refrigerants, Controls, Troubleshooting Systems, Basic Heating Systems, Basic Cooling Systems, Air Distribution, Fasteners, Tubing, and Piping.
